Orange plant (Citrus sinensis)

The Orange plant (Citrus sinensis), commonly known as the sweet orange tree, is a small to medium-sized evergreen tree belonging to the Rutaceae family. Native to Southeast Asia, particularly southern China, India, and Vietnam, the orange tree is now widely cultivated in tropical and subtropical regions around the world, including the Mediterranean, the United States (especially in Florida and California), Brazil, and other citrus-growing areas.
